1. Order Cancellation

We offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the time you place your order. During this period, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Before Processing: If your order hasn’t been processed yet (i.e., the items are not yet with the carrier), we can easily cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact us as soon as possible.

After Processing: If your order has already been processed and is on its way to the carrier, we cannot cancel it. However, once the product arrives, you can return it by following our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes: If there’s an error with your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours to update the information. After this period, we may not be able to modify your shipping details.

Product Changes: If you wish to change the product (e.g., switch from one size to another), we suggest canceling the original order and placing a new one within the 12-hour window.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes to the items in your order.

Once we receive your email, we will respond within 1 business day. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will proceed with the cancellation or change as requested.
